The adidas Yeezy 500 High “Tactical Orange” is a May 2021 colorway of Kanye West’s high-top lifestyle shoe.
The Yeezy 500 High debuted back in 2019 and immediately drew comparisons to adidas’s classic retro basketball shoes of the late ‘90s and early 2000s due to its adjusted height and adiPRENE midsole and Feet You Wear outsole.
Though not technically a performance shoe, the Yeezy 500 High plays the part aesthetically.
The upper’s lightweight mesh base appears in brown while the accompanying suede and leather overlays are displayed in shades of dark and light blue.
A Tactical Orange rubber midsole contrasts the look.
